Your Online Reviews May be Costing you Loads of Customers and Profits! How many Online Reviews have you, and how good are they?
WE WOULD GET YOU TONS OF GOOD REVIEWS, AND MANY MORE CUSTOMERS!
WHY ARE GOOD REVIEWS SO IMPORTANT FOR YOUR BUSINESS?
1) MORE CUSTOMERS
According to business experts, 97% of customers read reviews before making a purchase; and about 70% of them are persuaded by good reviews. By “good reviews”, we mean a significant number of reviews which have 4.2 – 5-star ratings, and which are not more than 3 months old. A significant number of reviews is at least 50 reviews, depending on the competitive environment (which sometimes demand a minimum of 1,000 or more reviews for it to be considered as “good”.)
According to Search Engine Journal, a resource founded by marketing experts, 85% of customers believe that reviews older than 3 months are not relevant (And they would pay more attention to recent negative reviews than to older positive reviews that lie further down the review page.)
2) MORE BUSINESS
Digital reputation specialists have found that 100 good reviews can raise your business’ conversion rate by as much as 37%. 200 good reviews can raise it by about 44%! Thus, the greater the number of good reviews (over 50 reviews; 4.2 – 5- star rating; less than 3 months old), the greater your sales and profits are likely to be.
3) SEO
You probably know that the higher a business ranks in Google search results, the more easily they would be found and the greater their chances of getting customer enquiries and sales. Consistent good reviews could have close to 15% influence on a business’ global Google search ranking. A company with a large number of reviews and a consistent review rating of about 4.7 stars over a 3-month period could maintain itself at the top 3 results of the 1st page of Google search results.
